Hi, my name is Thomas. I’m a Disabled veteran. Been struggling ever since I left the army in the 1980’s. My lights in my house were about to be turned off due to a delinquent electrical bill. I want to thank Semper4Veterans for helping me pay my delinquent utility bill, and keep my lights on.
